Meet The Team
 Graham Rowan leads the Leaseback
Team and has a passion for helping people secure their
financial future through French leaseback property
investments.

leasebacks should be a key part of most people's long
term financial planning'.
Mind you, he's also passionate
about France so he now has the ideal excuse to spend
lots of time there!
Daphne Rowan shares Graham's
passion for France, but also br ings a ton of operations
and organisational skills to the Leaseback Team. While
he's looking for the next projects and talking people's
ears off about them, she will be making sure that all
the documentation is in place and the procedures are
being followed to keep people's investment on track.
'I am a bit of a stickler for the
detail - it's so much easier if we get things right
first time. So, as well as helping Graham with the
client conversations, I keep an eye on the operations
side of things to keep things moving for everyone'
Francoise Thomas was born and
raised in Paris but has spent the last twenty years
living in London. Her language skills and knowledge of
the French property investment process are a great help
to the Leaseback Team.
'I seem to be living the dream in
reverse. Most English people want to spend time in
France and here am I giving it up to live in London!'
Ellen Mak is the creative force
behind the Leaseback Team. The graphic design in the
downloadable brochure and in the monthly newsletter to
Leaseback Insiders Club members is all her own work.
'The trouble is, Graham still dabbles
in the creative side when the mood takes him or if
there's an urgent job and his design work is rubbish! I
think I'll put my signature on my stuff so people will
know that I'm not responsible for the things he sends
out...'
